Atul Gandhi

Founder & CEO, Seva At Home

In 2019, Atul Gandhi co-founded Seva At Home in order to make quality healthcare available at home, and has since then led the company to extend services across 60+ cities in India. Atul also serves as Seva At Home’s CEO, and in that role he has prioritised long-term thinking and focused on strategic planning and program management, architecting and designing Seva At Home’s platform, and blending health and wellness with telehealth. With this philosophy, he has guided the company to various milestone achievements, including the establishment of a B2B vertical Seva PRO in order to prioritise well-being at the workplace.

Ron Wayne

Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, Seva At Home

Ron is an experienced Marketing Executive with broad functional experience including Sales and Account Management, Technology, Supply Chain, and International Operations. He has driven performance improvement for companies in the financial, retail, technology, entertainment and healthcare industries. He has founded and led two successful startups and has served in CxO roles for companies in the retail, entertainment and professional services space. Most recently, Ron served as a Senior Advisor in the Marketing Effectiveness practice for AlixPartners, a global advisory firm. During his time at the firm, he worked almost exclusively with private equity clients and focused on revenue and cost optimization for their portfolio companies.

Arun Datta

Chief Operating Officer, Seva At Home

Arun Datta serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Seva At Home, a role he has held since the beginning of 2021. As part of the leadership team, Arun helps grow the company’s organisational and cultural developments, and he has been responsible for the overall business operations. Arun has been recognised as an HR leader in Asia, and he brings his vast experience from working with corporates like Ranbaxy Labs, Max India, Bombay Hospital, Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, and Medanta Medicity to his current position at Seva At Home. Arun completed his Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, and did his M.Phil from BITS, Pilani.

Atul Kishore

Chief Revenue Officer, Seva At Home

Atul Kishore is the Chief Revenue Officer of Seva At Home, and has been associated with the company since December 2020. Prior to taking up this role, he served as Seva At Home’s Senior Vice President and the Head of its B2B vertical, Seva PRO, and continues to oversee the operations of these roles. His client-centric approach and astute business acumen have helped Seva At Home strengthen its position in the healthcare industry and forge new partnerships. His expertise stems from the two decades of experience he has in the pharmaceutical and wellness industries, and he draws on that to bring innovative strategies to the table. Atul has worked in organizations such as Bayer Schering Pharma, AstraZeneca Pharma and Sanofi Aventis. Atul completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Marketing from the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi and studied B.Sc. (Biology) from University of Delhi at the undergraduate level.

Dave Beaulieu is a seasoned operations and technology executive, board member, and advisor with broad experience in transforming the performance of companies to achieve significant growth and profitability. He is known for leading teams to scale companies for growth through talent selection and development, process engineering and automation. Prior to forming his consulting firm David Beaulieu Consulting LLC, Dave held executive positions as COO at Cotiviti; SVP Marketing, Business & Product Development at DST; COO at Amisys-Synertech; Managing Partner for Government Services at First Consulting Group; and many executive & operational roles during his tenure at CIGNA Healthcare. Dave is a graduate of Bates College.

Dr. Vinayak Agrawal

Director & Head of Department, Clinical Cardiology and Cardiac Imaging, Fortis Memorial Research Institute

Dr. Vinayak Agrawal has a unique blend of 25 years of experience in the field of Clinical Cardiology and Cardiac Imaging with expertise in interventional cardiology as well. As part of his senior residency, he accrued nearly two years of experience in Neurology. He is an alumnus of Maulana Azad Medical College and University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. After his initial cardiology practice as Consultant Cardiologist at Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre New Delhi, he was part of the core inception group at Medanta, The Medicity. He worked there for 10 years, the last role being Associate Director of Cardiology, and was instrumental in developing the Heart Valve Clinic before moving to Pushpawati Singhania Research Institute (PSRI), Saket, New Delhi as Director & Head of Clinical Cardiology and Cardiac Imaging in 2019. He has been in his current role as Director & Head of Department, Clinical Cardiology and Cardiac Imaging, at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, since May 2021.

Dr. Dinesh Bhurani

Director, Heamato-Oncology & Bone Marrow Transplantation, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre

Dr. Dinesh Bhurani is one of the leading Haematologists in India with special interest in Bone Marrow Transplant. He has more than 15 years of experience in Stem Cell Transplant including Allogeneic, Autologous, MUD (Matched Unrelated Donor) and Haplo Stem Cell Transplant and performed the first haplo transplant in North India. He received his training & fellowship in Bone Marrow Transplantation from CMC Vellore and Australia.

Dr. Bhurani has done more than 1,100 transplants at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre. He is the First DM of Haematology in India from Christian Medical College, Vellore, and has been heading the department since 2007.

Dr. Sumit Singh

Chief Neurology and Co-Chief Stroke Unit, Artemis Agrim Institute of Neurosciences, Gurugram

A topper at All India Institute of Medical Sciences and a BL SONI Gold Medal Awardee for best Resident in Neurology at AIIMS, Dr. Singh joined AIIMS as a faculty member in the year 2000. He established the first headache clinic in the government sector in 2002. He is a known expert in headache disorders and has been instrumental in co-authoring the Headache Management Guidelines for the Indian subcontinent. He is a known Parkinson’s disease specialist with experience in Deep Brain Stimulation Surgery patient planning and programming. He is also the Founder-Director of Agrim Neuroservices, the first neurosciences group practicing unit in India.

Dr. Sumit served as Additional Director of Neurology at Medanta – The Medicity where he worked from the year 2009 to 2016 and was a leader of the Movement disorders and the headache program. He has to his credit 104 Publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Vijay Kher

Chairman, Department of Nephrology & Transplant Medicine, Epitome Kidney & Urology Institute

Dr. Vijay Kher is a pre-eminent nephrologist in India, with over 40 years of experience in his field. He has established successfully running, high-volume Nephrology departments at various hospitals, including Medanta – The Medicity (Gurugram), Fortis Hospital (New Delhi), Apollo Hospitals (New Delhi), SGPGI (Lucknow) and Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (Srinagar).

His expertise in the field of renal transplant is without parallel. He has successfully carried out over 5,000 transplants for patients around the globe and has been awarded fellowships of Indian Society of Nephrology and Royal College of Physicians, Edinburg.

Dr. Vijay Kher has also conducted extensive research in his field and has over 240 publications in peer-reviewed journals. He is also devoted to teaching and has delivered more than 500 lectures at national & international events. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Department of Nephrology & Transplant Medicine at the Epitome Kidney & Urology Institute.

Anil Pathela

Anil Pathela is a highly accomplished and results-driven senior management and financial services executive who has over 30 years of experience with multi-national organizations and start-ups in Canada, the US and India. He has a proven track record of fostering strategic cross-functional collaboration to achieve long-term business objectives. Anil is also an active member of the community, volunteering his time for charitable organizations such as the United Way, Junior Achievements Canada, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Anil currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance at Grand Challenges Canada, where he leads the corporate finance, treasury management, compliance audit, Information Technology, and programs risk management functions. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Knowledge First Financial, Scotiabank, Dundee Bank of Canada, and Citibank Canada.
